Interesting post. Hedman Headers Performance Parts seems to be well fitted for that one, replacing the restrictive exhaust manifold in the vehicle with free-flowing and multi-tube system that scavenges exhaust gases, allowing it to travel through the exhaust collector and out of the vehicle, preventing the occurrence of back pressure that greatly restricts the engine from producing more power output.
I need to know where I can buy a '57 Y cam for $24! My 312 crank was ground to 292 specs while retaining oil slinger for $200. That included grinding the rod journals to the next required undersize, so not too bad.The real expense comes with using aftermarket 312 rods. Original 312 rods are very tired.
